ORDERING INFORMATION

Bartky Minerals has 5 ways of ordering:

First: Submit online form

Second: Order by phone, 973-992-9451
Call the number above. Our hours are 8:30 to 4:30 EST Monday thru Friday But, please have your Tax ID number, item identifying number and method of payment ready. For example, if paying by Credit Card, have your Card ready.

Third: Order by Fax, 973-992-9553
Send a fax to the above number, but PLEASE make sure all relevant information is included! You will receive a confirming return phone call within 24 hours.

Fourth: Order by email:service@bartkyminerals.com
Again, please make sure all relevant information is included! A return confirming email will be sent out to you within 24 hours.

Fifth : Come to our showroom to view what you would like to buy! If so, call, 973-992-9451 to arrange an appointment and get directions.

Method of Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Postal or Bank Money Orders and Business Checks. Checks will be held 10 days. Your order will then be cleared for shipment.
